Who online coaching is for
Legacy Fitness trains people in person at 12740 Aberdeen St NE in Blaine, Minnesota, but not everyone can be in that room. Maybe the class times don't fit your week. Maybe you travel for work, or you live well outside the north metro and the drive is the whole problem. Online Personal Coaching is Legacy coaching delivered remotely, built for the person who wants a Legacy coach without a Blaine commute.
It suits men and women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who already know that a random workout from the internet is not a plan. What you need is someone who knows your name, your goals and your week, and who will notice if you go quiet. That is the part of Legacy that does not need a gym floor to work, and it carries over to a hotel room, a home kitchen or a back porch.
It also fits a Blaine member who is temporarily away. Because the coaching is scheduled directly with your coach to fit your week, a busy stretch or a trip does not have to mean a break in the habit, and you can move back to the Small Group Fitness Classes whenever your schedule allows. The coach stays on your plan the whole time, so nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch when you return to the gym.
What you get each week
Online Personal Coaching gives you a custom fitness and nutrition program, written for you and not pulled from a template. You are matched with an assigned coach, so the same person sees your numbers, your questions and your progress week after week rather than a different voice every time. Questions about a lift, a meal or a bad week go to someone who already knows your plan, which keeps the guesswork out.
The backbone is accountability. Each week has a check-in on how training went, how eating went, and what to change next. The Legacy site is direct about why that matters: "at least 80% of your fitness results will come from your nutrition", so the program covers food as seriously as it covers workouts, with a plan that is customized and without restriction.
The coaching team has depth behind it, and online members draw on the same people the Blaine gym does, from the strength certification to the nutrition credentials. Kate Jerke holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association certification, and Maranda Gernes and Eric Rathke are Certified Nutrition Specialists. Legacy tells members to expect more energy and strength within weeks, with body composition changes within 4 to 12 weeks.
Getting started with a free intro call
The first step is a free intro call with a coach. You talk through your situation, your goals and what has gotten in the way before, and the coach explains how the program would fit your week. It is the same 15-minute starting point Legacy uses for every new member, so you are never guessing what the first step involves or what happens after it.
Scheduling is flexible by design. As Legacy says on its class schedule: "Nutrition Coaching, and Online Personal Coaching are scheduled directly with coaches to fit your schedule." You and your coach choose when your check-ins happen, so the program is built around your calendar and not a posted class time. If you work early, travel midweek or have kids to get to school, that flexibility is the whole reason this option exists.
Call (763) 998-1003 or use the contact page, and a coach will get back to you. There are no posted prices, because memberships are based on your goals, schedule, and budget, and the coach covers that on the call. Memberships can be held or cancelled with 30 days' notice, so you are not locked into something that stops fitting your life.
